छात्रवृत्ति घोटाले पर धामी सख्त, एसआईटी जांच के आदेश
देहरादून। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने राष्ट्रीय छात्रवृत्ति पोर्टल पर पंजीकृत संस्थाओं द्वारा फर्जी दस्तावेजों के जरिए छात्रवृत्ति राशि के गबन के मामलों पर सख्ती दिखाते हुए एसआईटी जांच के आदेश दिए हैं। जांच में कुछ मदरसों, संस्कृत विद्यालयों व अन्य शिक्षण संस्थाओं द्वारा फर्जी दस्तावेजों से अल्पसंख्यक छात्रवृत्ति लेने की पुष्टि हुई है।
केंद्र सरकार के आंकड़ों के अनुसार 2021-22 और 2022-23 में राज्य की 92 संस्थाएं संदेह के घेरे में हैं, जिनमें से 17 में गबन की पुष्टि हुई है। ऊधमसिंह नगर के सरस्वती शिशु मंदिर हाई स्कूल और रुद्रप्रयाग के वासुकेदार संस्कृत महाविद्यालय सहित कई संस्थाओं में अनियमितताएं मिली हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि छात्रवृत्ति जैसे कल्याणकारी कार्यक्रमों में गड़बड़ी बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी और दोषियों पर सख्त कार्रवाई होगी।
एसआईटी पूरे मामले में संस्थाओं और संबंधित अधिकारियों की भूमिका की भी जांच करेगी। केंद्र ने फर्जी मामलों की पहचान कर एफआईआर दर्ज करने के निर्देश दिए हैं।

Dhami Orders SIT Probe into Scholarship Scam in Uttarakhand
CM Pushkar Singh Dhami has ordered an SIT probe into the misuse of minority scholarships using fake documents by some registered institutions under the National Scholarship Portal. As per preliminary findings, 17 out of 92 institutions are confirmed to have embezzled funds, including some madrassas and Sanskrit schools. The CM said that irregularities in welfare schemes like scholarships will not be tolerated, and strict action will be taken against those found guilty. The SIT will also examine the role of officials, with the Centre directing to identify fake cases and register FIRs.
