मुजफ्फरनगर। उत्तर प्रदेश में वर्ष 2027 के विधानसभा चुनाव को लेकर राजनीतिक गतिविधियां अब तेजी पकड़ने लगी हैं। इसी बीच जनपद की सियासत में उस समय बड़ा मोड़ आ गया, जब कैराना के पूर्व सांसद अमीर आलम खान ने मुजफ्फरनगर सदर विधानसभा सीट से चुनाव लड़ने का ऐलान कर दिया। उनके इस फैसले के बाद जिले के राजनीतिक गलियारों में चर्चाओं का दौर तेज हो गया है और विभिन्न दलों में संभावित समीकरणों को लेकर हलचल बढ़ गई है।
अमीर आलम खान ने एक वीडियो संदेश जारी कर साफ किया कि वह वर्ष 2027 में सदर सीट से चुनावी मैदान में उतरेंगे। इस घोषणा के बाद न केवल स्थानीय स्तर पर बल्कि एनडीए और इंडिया गठबंधन से जुड़े दलों में भी बेचैनी बढ़ती दिखाई दे रही है।
समर्थकों के उत्पीड़न का लगाया आरोप
अपने वीडियो संदेश में अमीर आलम खान ने मौजूदा हालात पर नाराजगी जताते हुए कहा कि उनके समर्थकों के साथ पुलिस-प्रशासन द्वारा लगातार ज्यादतियां की जा रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि अब हालात ऐसे हो गए हैं कि चुप रहना संभव नहीं है, जिसके चलते उन्होंने सक्रिय राजनीति में लौटने और चुनाव लड़ने का निर्णय लिया है।
सदर सीट पर बदले समीकरण का दावा
उन्होंने यह भी दावा किया कि मतदाता सूची के विशेष गहन पुनरीक्षण (एसआईआर) के बाद सदर सीट का राजनीतिक समीकरण बदल चुका है। उनके अनुसार अब यहां पहले जैसा भारतीय जनता पार्टी का वर्चस्व नहीं रहा और धर्मनिरपेक्ष मतदाताओं की भूमिका अधिक प्रभावी हो गई है। इसी बदले माहौल को देखते हुए उन्होंने चुनाव लड़ने का फैसला लिया।
आजाद समाज पार्टी से जुड़े हैं
गौरतलब है कि अमीर आलम खान इस समय आजाद समाज पार्टी से जुड़े हुए हैं। उनके पुत्र नवाजिश आलम खान भी सक्रिय राजनीति में हैं और बुढ़ाना विधानसभा सीट से चुनाव लड़ने की तैयारी में जुटे हैं।
रणनीतिक दांव या सियासी संदेश?
राजनीतिक जानकारों का मानना है कि आजाद समाज पार्टी फिलहाल न तो एनडीए का हिस्सा है और न ही इंडिया गठबंधन में शामिल है। ऐसे में पार्टी प्रमुख चंद्रशेखर आजाद की रणनीति कद्दावर मुस्लिम नेताओं को चुनाव मैदान में उतारकर समाजवादी पार्टी-कांग्रेस गठबंधन पर दबाव बनाने की हो सकती है। इससे भविष्य में गठबंधन की राजनीति और सीटों के बंटवारे में पार्टी अपनी स्थिति मजबूत करना चाहती है।
फिलहाल, अमीर आलम खान के इस ऐलान ने मुजफ्फरनगर सदर सीट की राजनीति को पूरी तरह गर्मा दिया है। आने वाले समय में यहां के राजनीतिक समीकरण और भी रोचक होने की संभावना जताई जा रही है।

Political analysts believe that since the Azad Samaj Party is neither part of the NDA nor the INDIA alliance, party chief Chandrashekhar Azad may be positioning strong candidates to exert pressure on the Samajwadi Party–Congress alliance.
