The event commenced at 6:45 am in the school playground, where teachers from all segments gathered for a collective yoga session. Starting with breathing exercises and warm-up asanas, the participants engaged in an hour-long practice of relaxing yoga postures. The sessions covered various aspects of yoga, including meditation, general fitness, Pranayama, and Yog Nidra. In addition to physical well-being, the discussions delved into the significance of healthy eating habits and lifestyle-related illnesses.
